I usually book with Airbnb but the prices were cheaper. Also, Airbnb has gotten absolutely ridiculous with checkout rules expecting the guest to clean the house completely when in the total price we paid for the cleaning fee. Great cabin and very clean. Location was perfect. It felt like you were completely away from everything when in reality you were a few miles. Very quiet and easy to access!

This is our 3rd time using Southern Comfort and it's always smooth. My son loved the pond. 

Bob was great upon arrival. The code would not let us in and he was able to fix it over the phone and then the following day. The code didn't work again and he was able to fix it for the remainder of the trip.

We’ve spent many weekends here over the years and it’s one of our favorite spots in N GA. From relaxing on the porch overlooking the river, to canoeing or fishing, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The river frontage is truly amazing, offering easy access to the lower Toccoa where we have caught trout year round, including many personal best catches! The accommodations are comfortable and cozy allowing you to truly unwind. Shhh….if you listen carefully you may hear the Blueridge scenic railway train coming through in the afternoon on its way to McCaysville.
