The entry level offers an open floor plan including a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 42" Flat Panel TV and an adjacent dining area with a beautiful handcrafted wooden table that seats 6. Just off the living room area, you can access the outdoor deck perfect for grilling out, or reading a book while you listen to the sounds of the Toccoa River.

On the entry level you will also find 2 Queen Bedrooms that share a common bathroom offering a tub/shower combo.
The upper level offers a separate and private King Bedroom Suite with an attached bathroom. This bedroom also has a 32" Flat Panel TV.

Come back outside to the wonderful and convenient screened-in hot tub on the porch. Soak your worries away while you listen to some relaxing tunes, or watch your favorite TV show on the 40" Flat Panel TV. Don't forget the fire pit where roasting marshmallows and hotdogs is a must. The cabin was very nice and comfortable. We were not able to get the fireplace inside to work. But we used the firepit outside. The hot tub in the screened porch with the TV was really nice. We also enjoyed the fire pit.

Kids Were In The River As Often As They Could !

Loved the property, forgot about the swing. Spent most of us time at the fire pit and hot tub. Kids were in the river as much as they could. WiFi decent unless you have too many using. AC worked well. Nice having the doors open with the screens to enjoy the sounds from outside.

Beautiful Clean Place!

I would use this company again for vacation rental needs. Thank you for a beautiful and clean place to enjoy. My kids who are 12 and 15 also liked proximity to river and tubing access. General store was close enough to walk. We parked a car under the shelter and two more parallel with gravel road. Easily turned around at end of road.
