Always a good experience with Southern Comfort.  I spoke with several, but I think it was Tiffany that was so understanding when I had to reschedule because of the death of my sister. We enjoyed the porches to relax as you could hear the water.

The cabin was very nice and comfortable. We were not able to get the fireplace inside to work. But we used the firepit outside. The hot tub in the screened porch with the TV was really nice. We also enjoyed the fire pit.

We have been using Southern Comfort Cabins (formerly GA Mountain Cabins) for 15 years! I wouldn't use anyone else! The cabins are fabulous and they make renting, checking in and out as simple as possible! We look forward to it EVERY YEAR! This cabin was fabulous! Every floor provides its own private bedroom bathroom suite and space! It is stocked with everything you would ever need! We loved the stairs and bridge at the river and all that was provided by the river! Seating and firepit and cornhole! They thought of everything! So very nice. It did have the creakiest floors but there's not much you can do about that! :) We received a courtesy call to check in on us and I forgot her name but it was a nice touch! So was the Southern Comfort Cabin Rental boxes in each bathroom and the kitchen with all of the things anyone might need! Very nice touch! We loved that it was tucked away in the woods and that you had to cross a river to get to it! We loved the walk to the river and the amenities down by the river! Also the decks were awesome - that each floor had a deck or balcony was awesome!!!

Excellent rental, super cute. Had the fireplace on every night! Good location in town. Very easy working with the management company. Always able to get ahold of someone if questions.

My family stays regularly with Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals. The cabins are always beautiful and well appointed. Beautiful cabin that is easy to get to and has a great view! I believe I spoke to Sharon after hours to help me with the door code. She was very kind and helpful. What I enjoy most about New Heights is the gorgeous view of the mountains without having a crazy high deck. It’s the perfect cabin for small children. I don’t worry about them when they are outside on the deck.

The location, the cabin itselfs. We had a wonderful time..so quiet..loved it. A good place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Businesses are close by and everything needed in the cabin. The design of the cabin and location. The property is easy to maintain.
