Property: Pates Escape

You would be much more comfortable and secure if you have an awd or 4x4 driving to the cabin. There are some very steep roads. Cabin is first class the view is the best we have ever had in our 7th time in blue ridge. No instructions on how to use the gas fire place in the main living, Russound was not operational too. The dsl goes sorta strong to very weak. I know we are on vacation but there things Im responsible for at the office. Personal note the pictures of the owners all around is not what we are accustomed too. The kitchen was a first class joy for our Chef Son in law to spoil all of us with. Again the view and the decks are THE BEST!!!!!!!

We have stayed in Mountain Tops in the past, but prefer South Toccoa Estates. This is a gated community on the Toccoa river, but you are still in mountain, and can enjoy both.

Loved it! The Crow's Nest is absolutely amazing! Gorgeous views & beautiful immaculate home with attention to all details. The wrap around deck, outdoor fireplace and mountain views exceeded our expectations. Everything was just perfect! We will definitely visit again!

If I need another rental in the Blue Ridge Mountain area my first search would start SCCR and then checking the availability of STARGAZER. This house was perfect for a girls weekend or maybe 3 couples. The cabin was quaint and decorated nicely. Hopefully will make it back soon.

Overall it was a great weekend. The cabin was beautiful and met our expectations. The lack of curtains or blinds in bedrooms and bathrooms was the biggest down side.
