Get ready for a doggone good time at the 2025 Woofstock festival in downtown Ellijay, Georgia, on April 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This pet-friendly event invites attendees to bring their four-legged friends to enjoy a day filled with activities, entertainment, and community spirit. Highlights include a pet parade, costume contests, dog dock diving, live music, vendor booths, food trucks, canine agility demonstrations, and pet adoption opportunities. Proceeds from the event will benefit Friends of Gilmer Animal Shelter (FOGAS), supporting programs such as spay/neuter clinics, vaccination clinics, TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) initiatives, educational programs, and veterinary care for shelter animals awaiting rescue.
