It then transitions into a steep, technical downhill section characterized by numerous roots and rocks, demanding advanced riding skills or cautious navigation on foot. At the base, the trail meanders alongside the picturesque Cartecay River, featuring multiple creek crossings that can be invigorating, especially after rainfall.
