Paws in the Park Annual Pet Festival

The 18th Annual Paws in the Park festival is scheduled for October 18, 2025, in downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia. This beloved event celebrates pets and their families, featuring activities such as a pet parade, costume contest, dock diving demonstrations, and educational booths. The festival kicks off with the Paws in the Park 5K and Mutt Mile at 7:00 AM, inviting participants to run or walk with their dogs.

Following the races, the pet parade begins at 10:00 AM at the corner of East and Main Streets, showcasing pets in creative costumes. Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy live music, food vendors, and various pet-related demonstrations. All proceeds from the event support the Humane Society of Blue Ridge, aiding in their mission to provide compassionate care and find loving homes for animals in need.
