Hiawassee Highlands Wine Festival

The Hiawassee Highlands Wine Festival is set for Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds in Hiawassee, Georgia. Attendees can sample wines from over 30 wineries, enjoy live music curated by Wyatt Espalin & friends on two stages, and explore arts and crafts vendors. 

Food trucks will offer a variety of culinary delights, and guests can tour the blooming Hamilton Rhododendron Gardens, featuring 20 acres of vibrant flora. Tickets are available in advance for $40 and at the gate for $45; attendees aged 16-20 can enter for $25, while children 15 and under are admitted free. Wine by the bottle will be available for purchase; bringing cash is recommended for these transactions.
