Southern Comfort Cabins employees were all very kind and courteous and check on us to see if everything was okay.  It was absolutely wonderful and had all of the amenities. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well.

This luxury cabin has everything plus more needed for an unforgettable vacation experience. The owners did not skimp on anything. From the high quality appliances to the ultra relaxing theater seating. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The bathroom exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. There was no need to interact with the guest services team.

The layout of the cabin. My husband was so impressed with the refrigerator. Having the ability to dispense cold and hot water and measure the ounces was such a joy.

Cabin was beautiful! We came as a family ages 6 to 73 years old and everyone enjoyed this cabin and agreed it was one of the best places we ever stayed in. Property was absolutely beautiful. Even though we had a few maintenance issues, it was nothing to take away from our fabulous time. Loved the outdoor space. Kids had plenty of room to play and property was very safe. We also love to take walks and there was no fast traffic.

The process was smooth and I was able to get answers to all my questions. The cabin was phenomenal! Great views! Well appointed! The outdoor spaces were great. We had a blast on the porches and around the firepit.

They had great communication and instructions sent before our arrival so we knew exactly how to do what we needed to do.  It was a great location. It was a very nice house with a great view and plenty of room for my family to stay with me. I made one phone call during our stay. I do not know the name of the woman I spoke with but all I needed was to make sure my guests names were on the list for entry, and she was able to verify and add them with no problems.

I love the view of the lake, and how close we were to a little beach i was able to let my kids play. It was too cold to swim at the time, but we will have to come back when it warms up!

Furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. We interacted with several. A gentleman came out to light the pilot light before I even arrived. He was quick and very friendly. Tiffany called and asked if the first night had went okay and if we needed anything. I believe it was Chelsea I talked to before we left to make sure they had all of our paperwork.

The customer service and support was incredible! They communicated with us often and kept us very informed to make sure our stay was great! The cabin was so well-kept and had the sweetest touches. The cabin felt so homey and helped us adjust beautifully. The basement game room was so wonderful for our family's entertainment. We also appreciated the tv's in every room.

Everything was perfect this time! The inside fireplace worked flawlessly, the cozy little cabin was just wonderful. This little place is a perfect getaway. The access roads were narrow but entirely useable, although only one lane (common in the mountains). The outdoor fireplace under the pavilion was a really nice feature, and I got some wood down the street and had a nice fire each day. Favorite parte was probably the view out the living room window. The creek flowing by, and the sound of the rushing water over the rocks just made this an ideal getaway.

The place was perfect and well stocked. I had a very sweet lady call me during our stay just to check in and make sure everything was perfect. Southern Comfort is the best in the biz! Incredible customer service and cabins are always in perfect condition.
