The entire process is top notch. Searching for properties, making the reservation, information provided before the arrival date, instructions provided for arrival, and checkout, are all a smooth process. We've stayed at 3 SCCR cabins so far. The quality of the cabins has been consistent and the experience has been smooth.

It was a beautiful cabin. Very roomy. Easy to get pics of the full moon. Even with the rain it was a relaxing and rejuvenating.

We had a great experience with Southern Comfort overall. The only issue I had was calling in several times from 4:30-6 the day before our reservation to confirm the address. I was unable to reach anyone and left a voice mail but did not hear back. We were able to get our issue resolved the next morning by chat, but I was concerned for a bit. The issue was on my end as I had not provided the required drivers license photo. In the end everything worked out great and we did not have any other communication issues.

Epic, we had 4 families and The Chateau was absolutely perfect. Fishing, Boating, golfing, s’mores by the fire, morning Coffee and Happy Hour, Brunch on the wrap around deck, sunrises and sunsets. Lake views are mind blowing, from every bedroom in the house. Pool and Dart tournaments with the kids. Blue Ridge a quaint little town nearby, had excellent Dinner there. I highly Recommend, the House was perfect for our Group, our best Spring Break yet…we’ll be back!
