This 2 bedroom, 2 bath with an open master king loft sleeps six guests and is pet friendly! Lazy Bear Cove is equipped for good times while making memories that are sure to last a lifetime. As you pull into the drive, you are greeted by a stone firepit, warm and inviting lights and the sounds of nature all around. The open floor plan with a gas log fireplace, sets the tone for a nice, restful, and peaceful vacation on mountain time.

A queen bedroom and full bathroom with a shower and tub combo is found on the main level. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table with bench seating for six is perfect for breakfast, lunch or family time every evening. The king-sized master suite can be found in the open loft with a full bath including a shower and tub combo. Down the hall is a private queen room.

When it's time to explore the great outdoors, make your way to the stone outdoor firepit. Bring your marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate bars to enjoy roasting smores and keeping warm by the fire on the chilly Fall and Winter evenings. When you are ready to relax, take a rest in the hot tub on the back deck, light up the stainless-steel grill and enjoy some hot dogs and hamburgers or maybe your favorite steak.

Peaceful and Perfect

My husband and I stayed for a belated honeymoon here; it was perfect! The cabin itself is secluded from any neighbors, but only 10-15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The cabin is beautiful and cozy; the king size bed on the loft was so comfortable! Showers and bathtubs are both spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked with any appliances or utensils you may need, and the washer and dryer were very convenient to have. The fireplace and hot tub made it perfect for our snowy trip. We will definitely be revisiting!

Fall Vacation

Easy process and good communication. There were some problems with the cleanliness of the cabin itself. The entire staff was quick to respond and excellent communication. I wish I could remember the name of everyone, because they were all great, but Holly is the person I dealt with the most. Was disappointed with the cleanliness, BUT as I’ve already stated, the staff was EXCELLENT and PROMPT at responding.

The Bear Theme Is Lovely

Our stay at Lazy Bear Cove was very enjoyable. The bear theme is lovely. The cabin is secluded at the end of the one-lane gravel road making enjoying the surrounding woods and creek so nice. Cozy, well stocked, secluded but close to the most adorable towns: Blue Ridge, McCayesville, and Copperhill are only about 20 minutes drive away. Thank you for such a lovely get away.
