From the moment we drove to the location, it was beautiful! The warmth of the home was apparent when we pulled into the driveway with the log cabin look. The abundant view behind the home was fantastic as soon as we walked in. The vast number of windows gave us the wow that we were looking for. The home was large enough for our family without getting lost in too many rooms. The loft was something that you may fine very appealing when you wake up and have that amazing view. The open kitchen allowed plenty of room with still allowing us great conversation with everyone. 2 fantastic fireplaces made it easy to relax. I especially like the early evening in-front of the outdoor fireplace. Being able to have that view and the warmth made it worth being there. I personally also enjoyed the separate outside bonus room that I took business calls without any interruptions from anyone. The kids also used it as the game room. The Hot- tub was perfect to end the day after the short walk to the near by Winery Can’t wait to schedule another vacation there!

This is one of the most tranquil and “back to nature” places I have visited. There is so much space and ambiance that whether you are a group or a couple, you will find your own sanctuary. Not to mention it’s a 5 minute drive to beautiful Roo Winery. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Immediate response by hosts. Amazing so neat place. Fully equipped with everything you need for a stay also more than enough. Every January my family and I group of 12 very year growing…stay for vacation and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. I will have to say it was so cozy, lighted, the views are amazing. Has so many open spaces. It had of everything a lot! Like many towels, many utensils, many blankets, pillows. It had it all. In fact during our stay we had an issue with the dishwasher and they replaced it with a new one the next day.

Their customer service was excellent and gave us all the information we needed during our stay. We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay.  All team members I spoke to were very friendly and helpful!

The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances , dishes, utensils so we had everything we needed. Even a bar kit in the basement!

Stayed at Moonlight Retreat in Blue Ridge, Ga was a complete peaceful delight! We highly recommend this cabin. It's close to all the charming restaurants but secluded, peaceful and beautiful. It's spotless and loaded with all the amenities we needed while spacious. The beds were comfortable and 3 full bathrooms. The gameroom and hotel were also a plus. We had a great time in Blue Ridge. We will definitely be back to visit! It was a great vacation.

 Easy to book, lots of cabins to chose from. Website was easy to navigate and to filter what we needed. Location was between Blue Ridge and Blairsville. Nice view, the cabin was on the side of a mountain overlooking a valley with farm animals.

 This was our 6th year staying in a Southern Comfort Cabin and we have had nothing but amazing experiences!

The cabin was beautiful! We picked it for the river view and we were not let down. We spent most of our time relaxing on decks listening to the river! The deck!! The outdoor couch and chairs were extremely comfortable.

Easy check-in, lovely home, great location. Loved the decks and comfortable living room. Quiet getaway in nature for spring break with family but also drivable to Atlanta for museums, etc

It was easy to book and quick and friendly responses. The cabin was our favorite that we’ve stayed at in the area. Extended Family vacation. This is our 3rd year visiting Ellijay / Blue Ridge for spring break.

This is my third time booking a cabin through Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals and every time you’ve been very accommodating. The customer service is superb! I would definitely recommend using this company to friend and already have. It’s been a great experience every time.  I had interaction with Holly, Kim, Chase, Tiffany, Bobby. All mentioned were super great and helpful. All very patience and understanding. I would added rocking chairs to the front porch and back porches to enjoy the views.

Our family really loved our stay here. The view of the mountains and the lake was awesome. You get a perfect sunset over the mountains. The kids loved the game room. We were able to walk to the Benton McKay trail which was cool.
