Beautiful cabin. Comfortable beds, beautiful appliances. Very quiet and looks brand new. We had a great time. Customer service was the Best! Jacie was super nice and very professional. I highly recommend this cabin and this company.

This place there are no words or pictures that do it justice this was a much needed time and place to unwind the home is beautiful and the outdoors are beyond incredible and views are unreal the beauty of the nature we have rented other cabins from you before but we hope to return to this one this coming summer I can’t thank the cabin company owners and the cabin owner for going out of their way to make this a wonderful time this cabin is perfect it’s location was really a plus for us also we were to rent this in July 24 and my brother in law got put on hospice and passed all within a week and the cabin company and owner of cabin both went above and beyond to help us they are great folks!

Property: Moonlight Retreat

It was a great experience. Had a great time with friends. It was a great relaxation place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There was a hot tub, bonfire, grill, spacious place, and great view. A few problems that I can pinpoint are the internet and the expired first aid kit. The internet was definitely not for work from work-from-home situations. The first aid kit's expiration was 2004 which I thought was too old.

The location was great 10 minutes from downtown! Everyone had their own balcony and bathroom. It was wonderful. We came for the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival!

From the booking, the cabin was all we expected plus some, the way it was prepared and the checking in early could have happened if we arrived early. The staff i talked to was great. The cabin itself was a great choice, clean and the pictures do not do it justice.

Everything was as I was told it would be. The view from the back porch was beautiful and the porch itself is great. Also loved the hot tub...and the hot tub was clean and ready to go unlike other cabins I have stayed in.

The entire process, from booking to checkout, was incredibly easy. Customer service, when I called to ask a question, was very professional, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely GORGEOUS cabin! All the rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Anything that we could possibly need was already there. Thank you for giving us the BEST family vacation!

The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and the views were amazing. I also very much appreciated the easy check-in process. I was able to find the location, get in and use everything including the wi-fi with no help from any employees. So efficient and easy!

Everything about this rental was a breeze and the office was fantastic in responding to any questions I had before, during, and after our rental.

Cabin was as described and very clean and well stocked. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Great cabin for a "in the woods" experience. But I would warn them about the steep driveway.
