We love this place! It's cute and what we need for our small family of 3. The views of the mountains around are beautiful. We even saw a lot of deer around this time. We explored the area around the property with our 4 year old daughter and she loved it!

This is our 5th year staying in Blue Ridge and our 5th years staying with Southern Comfort Cabins. Soaring Hawk was by far our favorite one. The views were amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped. The fire pit was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed. The last day there a family of deer walked right along the driveway which made a perfect ending to a perfect week.

This is our favorite home we've ever stayed at in Blue Ridge and we've been renting from Southern Comfort for the past 4 years. From the layout, furnishings, a well stocked kitchen full of quality utensils, and the cleanliness. We also loved the location which was just far enough out of town to be a bit more quiet. We will definitely be staying at A Perfect Day again.

We had a wonderful weekend as a family! This was our first mountain visit. Beautiful cabin with the best views! They had everything right there that we needed. Team was very friendly and quick at both check in and check out. Instructions to cabin provided were accurate and easy to follow

The cabin is lovely inside and out! If we were to visit the area again someday, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at The Barn on Creek’s Edge. The staff members were polite, respectful, and friendly in all forms of communication.

The property was exactly what we were wanting for the family and our dogs. Beautiful views. Real cabin feel with the driveway to the cabin. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting the property again.

Overall, very pleasant and a beautiful place to be for Christmas. The mountain view & porch were wonderful , as was the outdoor fireplace.
