Our Property Management Program

We offer property management for privately owned cabins in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. We provide our clients with the best customer service and the marketing and advertising it takes to keep our cabin vacancy ratio low. We are located at 950 Appalachian Highway (Hwy. 515) in Blue Ridge, Georgia in the Century 21 Professional Realty Group office building. We are in a prime office location with a large volume of walk in traffic and with a high volume of real estate activity within. We handle all aspects of renting and managing your cabin including the advertising, booking, cleaning, reservations, and coordination of any needed maintenance. We also handle all of the accounting and sales tax reports. We advertise in numerous locations including our website, various newspapers (including the Naples Daily News, Florida Times, Tampa Tribune, Sun Sentinel, The Atlanta In-Town, Creative Loafing, and The Atlanta Journal/Constitution), magazines, through the Fannin Country Chamber of Commerce and co-op advertising with the other local chambers, and with the Fannin County Lodging & Hospitality Association. We take the stress off of you by having qualified housekeepers & maintenance personnel on call to handle the duties of managing your property.
